@ 1606 Messengers of Allah were disbelieved because they were human 64:5-6


64:5 Have you not heard the news of those before you who disbelieved? They tasted the mischief of their action, and for them is a painful punishment.
# أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَبَأُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن قَبْلُ فَذَاقُوا وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ 5
64:6 That is because, when their Messengers came to them with clear proofs they said, 'Shall humans be our guides?' They disbelieved and turned away, but Allah was not in need (of them). Allah is the Rich and the Praised.
# ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُ كَانَت تَّأْتِيهِمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَقَالُوا أَبَشَرٌ يَهْدُونَنَا فَكَفَرُوا وَتَوَلَّوْا وَاسْتَغْنَى اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ 6
